EXPAND (D&D) PRIVACY POLICY

D&D’s Privacy Policy addresses how D&D collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and stores your information. D&D utilizes security measures to protect the customer information it collects. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.

You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with D&D or a D&D affiliated company. D&D and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. They may also combine it with other information to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

What personal information we collect

D&D collects Client information in an effort to improve Client’s online experience, and to communicate with Client about D&D’s products and services. D&D does not sell or rent Client’s personal information to third parties. D&D does, however, share Client’s information with third parties that provide services on D&D’s behalf or with whom D&D has partnered to offer a particular product or service.

D&D  may collect information that Client voluntarily submits to D&D such as:

(i) Identifying information such as Client’s name and email address;

(ii) Security information such as Client’s username, password, and acceptance of policies, licenses and warranties;

(iii) Contact information such as Client’s company name, mailing address and phone number;

(iv) Billing information such as credit card, expiration date, billing address and account history;

(v) Queries to Customer Service and Technical Support;

(vi) Site behavior such as pages visited, downloads, or searches requested;

(vii) Browser information such as browser version, IP address, and the presence of various plug-ins and tools. While D&D may possess social security numbers of our employees, consultants and contractors, D&D does not collect social security numbers of website users.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If D&D’s privacy policy changes, D&D shall post an updated version on D&D’s website.

Third Party Vendors

D&D employs third party vendors, service providers and suppliers to perform various functions on our behalf. Third-party services may include, but are not limited to: customer information management; processing credit card or check card payments analyzing data; developing, hosting and maintaining our websites and databases. D&D does not authorize any of these service providers to make any other use of Client’s information or to contact Client outside the context of these services.

SURVIVING PROVISIONS

The obligations contained herein shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
